Application of Different Filtration Precision
Jun 06, 2025
Coarse filtration (>50μm):
Mainly used to remove large particles and protect downstream equipment from damage. Applicable to hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, etc., common precisions such as 25μm, 50μm, 100μm, etc.
Medium efficiency filtration (10-50μm):
Applicable to general industrial fluid processing, can effectively intercept medium-sized particles. Applicable to hydraulic systems, cooling systems, etc., common precisions such as 10μm, 15μm, 20μm, etc.
Fine filtration (1-10μm):
Applicable to occasions with high requirements for fluid purity, such as food processing and pharmaceutical industries. Common precisions such as 1μm, 3μm, 5μm, etc.
Ultrafiltration (0.01-1μm):
Used to remove tiny particles, bacteria and some viruses, common in high-end water treatment and biomedicine fields. Common precisions include 0.1μm, 0.22μm, 0.5μm, etc.
