Raw material preparation:
Select suitable stainless steel or other metal powder as raw material, and mix and stir in a certain proportion to ensure that the powder is evenly distributed.
Compression molding:
Put the mixed powder into the mold and make a preform by cold pressing or hot pressing.
Sintering treatment:
Place the preform in the furnace for sintering. During the sintering process, the powder particles are diffused and combined by heating to form a solid filter element.
Surface treatment:
The sintered filter element is surface treated by mechanical or chemical methods to improve its surface flatness, roughness, particle size distribution and other properties.
Inspection and packaging:
The manufactured filter element is quality inspected and packaged after ensuring that it meets the relevant requirements to protect the integrity and cleanliness of the filter element.
