Hydraulic filtration systems are primarily used to remove pollutants from hydraulic oil, including solid particles, water, and gases, ensuring the hydraulic system operates with high efficiency and stability. It's an important component of hydraulic systems.

The hydraulic oil filter element is the main component of the hydraulic oil filtration system, which is used to filter the particulate impurities. It can be divided into high-pressure section, medium-pressure section, suction oil section, and return oil section according to the operating pressure range. The filter accuracy could at a range of 2μm~25μm, and some models can withstand a pressure difference of 42 MPa and a high temperature of 135°C. Widely used in engineering machinery, metallurgical steel rolling, petrochemicals, aerospace lubrication systems, power equipment, shipbuilding industry, and other industries.

Oil filters are usually replaced at the same time as engine oil, and usually have a cheap price.

The suction oil filter usually located at the suction port of the oil pump. The suction oil filter cartridge mostly has standard model, and also could be custom-made.High-Pressure Lube Oil Filter Element
Also named Press Oil Filter Element. Located on the high-pressure lube line of the filtration system, it is used to filter the high-pressure oil output from the oil pump and maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The pressurized oil filter must be a high-precision filter(2~10μm), it needs to have a great filter accuracy to ensure that sensitive hydraulic components, such as spool valves and servo valves, are protected from contamination. The press lube oil filter usually needs to withstand high-pressure pulsation and pressure shock, so it also should have high mechanical strength. The press oil filter cartridge has standard model and customized type filter can be chosen.Return Oil Filter Element
The return oil filter is installed at the return lube of the hydraulic system, which is the most effective location for controlling the pollution level of the system. It has medium filter accuracy(10~25μm), the main purpose is to remove dirt newly generated due to machine operation or that has entered from the outside, to prevent it from flowing back into the oil tank.
