Working Principle of Anti-Static Dust Collection Cartridge
Jul 09, 2025
The anti-static dust filter cartridge conducts the static electricity of static dust into the earth through conductive materials to filter and remove dust. Its core working principle is as follows:
Anti-static mechanism
The filter cartridge uses a base material coated with a conductive film or a blended conductive fiber technology to make the filter material conductive. When static dust passes through the filter cartridge, the static electricity is directly conducted to the earth through the conductive material to prevent dust from accumulating due to static adsorption.
Filtration mechanism
After the dust-laden gas enters the filter cartridge dust collector, the coarse particles are directly settled into the ash hopper due to inertial collision. Fine dust is intercepted by the micropores on the surface of the filter cartridge, forming a dust layer that gradually thickens. As the resistance increases, the cleaning system is activated (such as pulse blowing), causing the filter cartridge to vibrate and flush against the airflow, stripping off the dust and restoring the filtering state.
Cleaning method
The pulse blowing technology is used to quickly release compressed air to generate vibration, deform the filter cartridge and strip off the surface dust
