This filter element measures 208mm in outer diameter and 156mm in height. It is equipped with an open-top 304 stainless steel end cap and a bottom 304 stainless steel flange interface with mounting holes for easy installation and replacement.

Structurally, it utilizes 
double-layer  (inner and outer) 304 stainless steel expanded diamond mesh as the main support framework, offering strong resistance to pressure and impact. The internal filtration medium features a composite design of sintered felt wrapped with inner and outer protective meshes, ensuring both high filtration precision and excellent dust-holding capacity, while protecting the media from damage under high-pressure airflow.

The sealing system employs an 
EPDM rubber gasket, which provides superior compression recovery and aging resistance, guaranteeing excellent air-tightness after installation with no internal leakage.
