Product Description

This 316 Stainless Steel Powder Sintered Filter Element is designed for industrial gas and liquid filtration where compact size, stable filtration performance and durable metal construction are required. Made from 316 stainless steel powder through a sintering process, it features a rigid porous structure with uniform filtration pores and good corrosion resistance. The filter element has an outer diameter of 35 mm, a height of 75 mm and a 50 μm filtration rating, making it suitable for removing particles and impurities from process fluids or gases. It is equipped with a 1/4" BSP female threaded connection for convenient installation in compatible equipment and filter housings. The rounded bottom design provides a compact structure for applications with limited installation space. Unlike disposable paper or fiber media, sintered stainless steel filter elements can be cleaned and reused under suitable operating conditions, helping reduce replacement frequency and maintenance costs. The metal structure also provides good mechanical strength and dimensional stability. We can customize the diameter, height, micron rating, material, thread and other specifications according to drawings, samples or application requirements.
