The design service life of oil filter element is usually 2000 hours, and it must be replaced when it expires. The use time should be shortened if the environmental condition is poor. The oil filter element blockage alarm setting value is usually 1.0-1.4bar.
Oil and gas separation filter element: separates the air and oil in the compressed air, intercepts and aggregates the oil mist in the gas, and forms oil droplets concentrated at the bottom of the filter element and returns to the compressor lubrication system through the oil return pipe, so that the air is more pure and high-quality.
The design service life of oil and gas separation filter element is usually 4000-8000 hours, and the oil and gas separation element blockage alarm setting value is usually 0.8-1.0 bar.
