HNDAPU 304 stainless steel coalescing filter element is designed for efficient oil water separation, gas liquid separation and industrial filtration applications. With a size of 152x495mm, this filter element features 304 stainless steel end caps, perforated plate support skeletons, composite filter media and NBR sealing rings, providing excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and reliable sealing performance.
The advanced coalescing filter media captures fine oil droplets, water droplets and liquid contaminants, allowing small droplets to combine into larger ones for improved separation efficiency. It is widely used in oil and gas systems, compressed air filtration, fuel filtration, chemical processing and other industrial applications.
Compared with conventional filter cartridges, this coalescer filter element offers stable filtration performance, low pressure drop and long service life. The stainless steel support structure ensures durability under continuous working conditions, while the customized design meets different equipment requirements.
HNDAPU provides OEM replacement filter solutions for various industrial filtration systems. We also manufacture oil water separation filter elements, gas filter cartridges, and stainless steel filter elements with customized dimensions, materials and filtration ratings.

A1: Consider the following:
► Viscosity – High‑viscosity fluids require larger pore sizes to avoid excessive ΔP.
► Temperature and chemical compatibility – High‑temperature or corrosive fluids need stainless steel fiber or PTFE media.
► Flow rating – The element’s rated flow must be ≥ the system’s maximum flow, with margin (e.g., 20%).
► Pre‑filtration – Install a 3–5 µm absolute pre‑filter upstream to protect the coalescer from solids.
