Filter Structure

A hydraulic oil filter element is composed of several essential parts, each designed to ensure stable performance during operation. Typically includes the filtration media, end caps, inner support frame, outer protective frame, and sealing ring.

► Filtration Media

Filter media is the core part of a hydraulic filter element, it removes contaminants, traps particles, and blocks impurities from entering the hydraulic circuit. Different materials and filtration grades are selected based on fluid type, working conditions, and fluid type to ensure optimal filtration efficiency.

► End Caps

The end caps close off both ends of the filter media and internal flow paths, to prevent oil or air leakage that could lead to secondary contamination. The end cover can also reinforce the structure of the filter element, keeping the filter media secure under continuous high pressure and flow.

► Inner Support Frame

The inner frame is built with a thicker, stronger structure because it is the main support frame. It is often customized according to system pressure requirements, helping
reduce deformation of the media, handle pressure differentials, and keep the filter media aligned during use.

With lighter thickness and wider openings, the outer frame protects the element from external pressure or impact. It adds stability and helps maintain the filter’s

► Sealing Ring

leakage, allowing the system to maintain consistent and reliable flow.
