A stainless steel filter element is a reusable filtration component manufactured from stainless steel wire mesh, sintered mesh, perforated metal, or powder-sintered materials. It is designed to remove contaminants from liquids, gases, steam, and industrial fluids while providing excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and long service life.Depending on the filter media structure, stainless steel filter elements can provide filtration ratings ranging from 0.5μm to 500μm. Sintered mesh filters typically offer precision filtration, while woven mesh filters are ideal for coarse filtration applications.

Product Structure

 
The stainless steel filter element consists of a cylindrical filter body with a perforated inter-frame and woven metal mesh surface, designed for high-strength and corrosion-
resistant filtration. The main components include:

► End Caps – The top and bottom ends of the filter are sealed with stainless steel end caps, providing structural stability and secure sealing during installation. These caps
 are typically welded or mechanically fixed to the filter media.

Filter Media – The filter media of the element is composed of fine stainless steel mesh. This media is responsible for capturing particulate matter and contaminants while 
allowing fluid or gas to pass through.

Support Core / Skeleton – Inside the mesh is a perforated stainless steel frame that provides mechanical support to prevent collapse under high pressure.

This construction ensures a robust, reusable, and corrosion-resistant filter suitable for liquid or gas filtration in industrial applications.
